Administrative Assistant
Position Overview
We are seeking to hire an administrative assistant who has great attention-to-detail and is able to ensure efficient and effective communication between the office and clients. This role is part-time at that moment with opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email
Answer all emails daily. Inbox at “0” at the end of each work day
Check and return voicemails
Prepare and monitor superbills as needed
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
Manage staff appointments
Requirements:
Experience working as an admin or assistant
Be available for remote work
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
