Long Island couples therapy and marriage counseling with Erica, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy. We work with couples across Nassau County and Suffolk County — from Garden City, Great Neck, and Rockville Centre out to Huntington, Smithtown, and the Hamptons — either in person at our Garden City office or by secure video sessions from anywhere on the Island.
Couples come in for the usual Long Island reasons: two demanding careers, kids and commutes swallowing the marriage, the same fight on repeat, an affair, a slow drift, a decision about whether to stay. The work is the same either way — building emotional safety, interrupting the cycle you're stuck in, and rebuilding the friendship and intimacy underneath.
